"Guys In The Back Room"

O’Dell makes a really bad mistake when he selects the Boot Hill Saloon for his next robbery victim. He’s been robbing bars for weeks and, so far, the cops have not caught up with him. But O’Dell’s luck is about to run out.

On the night of this robbery, according to TV 13 News in Houston, TX, O’Dell and his partner, Juiceman, put on ski masks. It’s just after 9 p.m. when these two masked marvels run into the Boot Hill Saloon swinging machetes and yelling at the customers, "git down on the floor or you’re dead."

It’s important for you to know that while O’Dell and Juiceman are robbing the saloon, some 50 guys are meeting in the back room of the same bar. One of the guys in the back, hearing the ruckus, walks into the barroom to see what’s happening.

O’Dell waves a machete in the guy’s face and tells him to "git down on the floor or I’ll cut your head off." The other guys in the back room hear part of that conversation and come running to rescue their buddy.

The back room guys burst into the bar while O’Dell and Juiceman are still in the middle of their holdup. The back room guys start throwing chairs at the two machete swingers. Juiceman is knocked out cold when a chair hits him square in the face.

O’Dell, recognizing that things aren’t going so well, tosses his machete aside and dives out a window.

As O’Dell attempts to scale a fence, the back room guys catch up to him, give him a nasty beating, and drag him back to the saloon.

By the time the cops get there, both would-be robbers are literally hog-tied, lying on the bar room floor.

One point I forgot to mention, the back room guys are members of a motorcycle gang. Looks like O’Dell and Juiceman will know better, next time, than to rob a biker bar.
